Real Faces is a 360° casting agency that bridges the gap between consumers and the brand they love. Born out of the need for realness in the industry. At the time, I was casting beauty campaigns with clients always hungry for "real people." I would spend hours hunting for talent that fit the campaign's needs online. I realized I was missing one critical factor in my hunt: a platform. I posted my first TikTok introducing the agency, and within a day, the video reached 1M views, and my DMs were flooded with thousands of content creators hungry for their chance to partner with their favorite brands.
Since its launch, I have solidified a casting roster of nearly 2k creators, hosted 6 webinars, worked with amazing brands, cast at least 200 models, and looked at roughly 15k submissions. The agency has now expanded beyond casting to social strategy consultation and production.
